About Ordering

How do I place my order?

  • Simply fill in the order form at our website, complete all details with your baby’s photograph (if required) and submit it. We will send you an email to confirm the order within the next 48 hours. Please call us at 6385 0038 if you do not hear from us.

Do I need to order in advance?

  • Yes, at least 7 working days before the delivery date.
  • If it’s less than 7 days in advance, please call us at 638 50038 or drop us an email at info@papamama.sg, we will see how we can help.

What are your business hours for placing an order?

  • For ordering or enquiry via our website: Monday – Sunday, inclusive of Public Holidays.
  • For enquiry on our service and products via telephone 6385 0038: Mon – Fri – 9am – 5pm, Sat – 9am – 1pm (closed on Sun & Public Holidays)

Is there a minimum order?

  • Joyous Package – A minimum total amount of S$120 applies to every order.
  • Delight Package – A minimum total amount of S$120 applies to every order.

Can I mix-and-match different packages in my order?

  • For mix-and match, a minimum total amount of S$120 applies to every order.
  • A minimum of 05 boxes per package type is required

What if I don’t meet the minimum requirement?

  • A small fee of $25 will be charged for artwork and setup time.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

  • Please read our terms & conditions before placing orders with us.

What if I would like to substitute some items in the package?

  • Please give us a call or drop us an email to enquire as there may be some cost differential charge involved for certain substitutions.

About Delivery time Charges

What are your delivery charges?

  • Free delivery to one location is provided for orders above $200 NETT. Subsequent locations can be arranged at a delivery charge of $20 per location. (Additional charge of $15 is applicable for delivery to these district code: 09, 60 – 64, 69 – 71 – Jurong, Lim Chu Kang, Tengah, Tuas, Jurong Industrial & Sentosa).
  • For orders below $200, each location is charged at $20. (Additional charge of $10 is applicable for delivery to these district code: 09, 60 – 64, 69 – 71 – Jurong, Lim Chu Kang, Tengah, etc and $20 for Tuas, Jurong Industrial & Sentosa).
  • Additional surcharge of $5 is applicable for delivery within the CBD area.

What are your delivery timing?

  • Deliveries are made between 11am – 2pm. Mon – Sun, including Public Holidays.

Can I self-collect my order?

  • Self collection can be arranged via appointment only.

  • Yes. We do charge GST.

About our Food & Product

How long can I keep the food products?

  • Fresh food products (Ang Ku Kueh, Glutinous Rice, Fruit Tart are best consumed on the same day of delivery. We highly recommend that the food are delivered to your recipients and consumed on the same day of delivery. Otherwise, please store them in the refrigerator immediately.
  • We are not responsible for the quality of the food products if not stored as per recommended.

About Babycard and Packaging

Can I have the card without my baby photo?

  • Yes. We do have available design without the baby photo, please choose the sample from our website.
  • All packages are available in either pink (girl) or blue (boy).

Can we have our baby’s Chinese name on the card?

  • Yes. You can type in the Chinese name in the order form.

Can I customize my personal message on the baby card?

  • Yes. Simply type in your message in the box provided when you are filling in the order form.
