Our Door-to-Door Delivery service (covering multiple locations) is charged as follows:

• Availability: Please place your order online early, as availability may vary.
• Delivery Timing: Between 9 am - 6 pm daily.
• Routing: Delivery routes and schedules may not follow sequential or proximity order.
• Delivery Rounds: To maintain freshness, our drivers conduct two rounds daily, ensuring no food remains in our air-conditioned van for more than 3.5 hours.
• Rates: Listed rates apply to same-day delivery only.

Delivery rates are outlined below:

For example:

• If a customer requests delivery to 10 locations, the delivery fee will total $90 (10 locations x $9 per location).
• For a delivery to 5 locations, the fee will be $48. However, if the purchase exceeds $220 nett and qualifies for free delivery, the fee will be adjusted to $40.
• For special timing requests, such as a delivery at 9:30 am, a surcharge of $20 will apply for each requested time.

How do I place an order for door-to-door delivery?

Please indicate how many delivery locations you require here(screenshot) under the "Special Instructions" and proceed to complete the order without making payment first.

Kindly download the Delivery Excel Sheet from this link, compile and send back to us after you have made your order online.

At the checkout page there is a payment button, click on it to complete the booking but no payment will be collected at this point.

Our team will issue you an official invoice with delivery fee captured after obtaining the delivery excel sheet and the order from you online/whatsApp.
