Ordering

All orders require a minimum of 5 business days' notice before the delivery date. For urgent requests, please call or WhatsApp us directly at 8817 7262, or email us at info@papamama.sg, and we will do our best to assist you.

All online, email, and WhatsApp orders are subject to confirmation prior to processing. Confirmation of your order, including verbal confirmation via telephone, indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined here.

Minimum Order Requirements:

  • Joyous Package: Minimum order of 5 boxes.
  • Delight Package: Minimum order of 5 boxes.
  • Mix-and-Match: Minimum of 5 boxes per package type is required.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery is provided to one location for orders over $220 NETT. Additional locations can be arranged at a delivery charge of $18 per location. For orders below $220, each location incurs an $18 fee.

 

 

 

For deliveries to office buildings, shopping areas, or within the CBD, arrangements will be made for the customer or contact person to collect the packages at a designated pick-up point (e.g., building lobby or drop-off point).

Deliveries are made between 11 am and 2 pm, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays).

Special requests for specific delivery times (e.g., 1 pm - 2 pm) or deliveries outside of the 11 am - 2 pm window may incur a surcharge of $10, subject to operational feasibility and availability of time slots.

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made at least 3 days before your collection or delivery date.

Acceptance of Products

  • All packages delivered must be inspected, and customers will be deemed to have accepted them if no discrepancies are reported at the time of delivery.

    All our fresh food products are packed on the day of delivery and should be consumed that same day. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of products that are not stored or refrigerated properly by the customer after delivery.

    Please note that goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Orders will be packed according to the specifications shown on our website or brochure. We reserve the right to substitute or change items of a similar nature or value if the specified items are unavailable for any reason, and customers will be notified of any changes prior to delivery.

    All images displayed on our website and brochures are for reference only, and actual products may vary slightly in portion and color.

Amendments & Cancellation Charges

  • Amendments are not permitted within 3 working days of the delivery date. Since all packages are personalized, all orders placed are final, and any changes or cancellations will incur charges. The cancellation fees are as follows:

    • 50% of the order price if cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours before delivery.
    • 100% of the order price if cancellation notice is given less than 48 hours before delivery.
    • A processing fee of $50 will apply for any cancellations made after we have sent an email confirming the order, even if the notice is more than 72 hours.
