Ordering

  • All orders require a minimum 5 business' days notice in advance from the date of delivery. For urgent orders, please call us at 6385 0038 directly or drop us an email at info@papamama.sg, we will see how we can help.
  • All orders submitted online, e-mail & whatsApp are subjected to confirmation before processing. Confirmation of your order, including verbal confirmation via telephone, implies that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions listed here.
  • Minimum order for our packages are as follows:
    • Joyous Package – A minimum order of 5 boxes applies to every order.
    • Delight Package – A minimum order of 5 boxes applies to every order.
    • For mix-and match, A minimum of 05 boxes per package type is required.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery to one location is provided for orders above $220 NETT. Subsequent locations can be arranged at a delivery charge of $18 per location
  • For orders below $220, each location is charged at $18.
  • For delivery to office building, shopping area or within CBD area, arrangement will be made for customer/contact person to collect the packages at a pick up point (eg. Building lobby, drop off point).
  • Deliveries are made between 11am – 2pm, Mon – Sun (including Public Holidays).
  • Special requests like specific delivery time (eg.1pm-2pm), or delivery timing before or after 11am-2pm may be arranged at a surcharge of $10. This is subjected to operational viability and availability of time slot.

  • Payments to be made at least 3 days before your collection / delivery date.

Acceptance of Products

  • All packages delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted by customers if no discrepancies are raised upon delivery.
  • All our fresh food products are packed on the same day of delivery and are to be consumed on the same day.
  • We will not be responsible for the product condition if left without proper storage or refrigeration by the customer after delivery.
  • Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Orders will be packed according to the specification as shown in our website or brochure. We reserve all rights to substitute or change items of a similar nature or value in the event that the specified items are unavailable for any reason. Customers will be informed of any changes prior to delivery.
  • All pictures shown on our website & brochures are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in portion & colour.

Amendments & Cancellation Charges

  • Amendments will not be allowed 3 working days prior to delivery
  • As all the packages are personalized, all orders placed are final and any changes and cancellations will be charged accordingly. A cancellation surcharge will apply as follows:
    • 50% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 72 hours
    • 100% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 48 hours
  • A processing fee of $50 will be charged if any cancellation is done after we have sent an email confirming the order, even if the notice is more than 72 hours.
