All orders — whether placed online, via email, or through WhatsApp — are subject to confirmation before processing. By confirming your order (including verbally by phone), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Minimum Order Requirements:

    Joyous Package — minimum 5 boxes/package

    Delight Package — minimum 5 boxes/package

    Mix-and-Match — minimum 5 boxes/package

 

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery hours are 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

 

Delivery Charges:

    Free delivery to one location for orders of $220 NETT and above.

    Additional locations: $18 per location.

    Orders below $220: $18 per location (including the first).

 

For deliveries to office buildings, shopping malls, or CBD areas, our driver will coordinate a designated pick-up point (e.g. building lobby or drop-off zone). Please ensure your recipient or contact person is available to collect during the delivery window.

 

  Special Delivery Requests

Requests for specific time slots (e.g. 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM) will incur a surcharge of $20, subject to availability.


Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be received at least 3 business days before your delivery or collection date. Orders will not be confirmed without payment.

Acceptance of Products

  • Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies or concerns, raise them at the time of delivery. Acceptance of the delivery constitutes acknowledgment that the order is correct and complete.

    Freshness & Storage:

        All products are freshly packed on the day of delivery and are best consumed the same day.

        We are not responsible for the condition of products that are not stored or handled appropriately after delivery.

     

    Product Accuracy:

        All images on our website and brochures are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in portion size and colour.

        We reserve the right to substitute items of similar nature and value if a specific item is unavailable. You will be notified of any changes before delivery.

     

      Please note: All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    Orders are packed according to specifications on our website or brochure.

Amendments & Cancellation Charges

  • Because all packages are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accommodate amendments within 3 working days of your delivery date. All confirmed orders are final.

    Cancellation Fees:

        More than 72 hours before delivery: $50 processing fee applies.

        Less than 72 hours before delivery: 50% of the total order value.

        Less than 48 hours before delivery: 100% of the total order value.

    The $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations made after order confirmation, regardless of how much notice is given. This covers administrative and preparation costs already incurred.
