About Ordering

How do I place an order?

  • Website - Simply add your items to the cart, fill-in the required information and then check out - No payment is required yet. We will send you an email to confirm the order within the next 24 hours. Please call us at 6385 0038 if you do not hear from us. Payment will only be required upon confirmation of order.
  • WhatsApp - Send us your enquiry or order details at 88177262.

Do I need to order in advance?

  • Yes, minimum of 3 working days before the delivery date. We strongly encourage customers to place order ASAP if their order falls on a weekend. We will stop taking in order once we are FULL/SOLD OUT.
  • If it’s less than 3 working days in advance, please call us at 6385 0038 or WhatsApp us at 88177262. We will see how we can help.

Why Am I not allowed to select the date in the calendar for delivery?

  • This means that we are already fully booked and have blocked the dates for selection. We are not able to take in anymore orders if this happens as we are only able to produce a set number of items per day. We strive to deliver fresh and high-quality food products to our customers consistently

What are your business hours for placing an order?

  • For ordering or enquiry via our website: All Days from Monday – Sunday, inclusive of Public Holidays.
  • For enquiry on our service and products via telephone 6385 0038 or WhatsApp to 88177262. Our customer service hours are as follow: Weekdays 9am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 1pm, Closed on Sunday and public holidays.

Is there a minimum order? 

  • For Joyous and Delight Gift Packages, a minimum of 5 boxes of the same package applies to every order.

Can I mix-and-match different packages in my order?

  • Yes! Similarly, a minimum of 5 boxes per type of package applies to every order.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

What if I would like to substitute some items in the package?

  • Please give us a call or drop us an email to enquire as there may be some cost differential charge involved for certain substitutions.

About Delivery/Charges

What are your delivery charges?

  • Free delivery to one location is provided for orders above $220 NETT. Subsequent locations can be arranged at a delivery charge of $18 per location. 

What are your delivery timing?

  • Standard delivery timing is between 11am – 2pm daily. (Mon – Sun, including Public Holidays unless otherwise stated)

Can I request a specific delivery timing?

  • A fee of $10 will be charged on top of delivery fee(if any), for specific timing that is outside of our standard delivery hours.

Can I self-collect my order?

  • Self collection can be arranged via appointment only from 9am - 1pm daily.

  • Please kindly arrive on time as per your selected time slot as order will be packed according to schedule and not earlier.
  • Our front door is usually locked for security purposes as we had past experiences of theft and impersonation. If you find that the front door is locked and nobody is at the front desk, please kindly call us at 63850038.

Do you charge GST?

  • Yes. We do charge GST. Please note the revised rate for 2024 is 9%.

About our Food & Product

How long can I keep the food products?

  • Fresh food products (Ang Ku Kueh, Glutinous Rice, Fruit Tart, Cream puff are best consumed on the same day of delivery/collection. We highly recommend that the food are delivered to your recipients and consumed on the same day of delivery. Otherwise, please store them in the refrigerator immediately or in an air-conditioned room with no direct sunlight.
  • Cake items such as Muffin, Swiss Rolls, Mochi and Cookie can be kept in the fridge and recommended to consume within the next 2 days.
  • We will not responsible for the quality of the food products if not stored as per recommended.
  • We strongly discourage customers that had their order received today but only deliver to friends and relatives the next day.

About Babycard and Packaging

Can I have the card without my baby photo?

  • Yes. We do have available design without the baby photo, please choose the sample from our website.
  • All packages are available in either pink (girl) or blue (boy).

Can we have our baby’s Chinese or other names on the card?

  • Yes. You can type in the Chinese name in the order form. For other names, please kindly indicate in the "Special Instructions" just before checkout.

Can I customize my personal message on the baby card?

  • Yes. Simply type in your message in the box provided when you are filling in the order form.
