How early should I order?
Earliest order is usually 3 business days. Order earlier for weekends, public holidays and popular delivery dates, as slots may close once production is full.
Can I use CDC or SG60 vouchers?
Yes. PapaMama accepts CDC and SG60 vouchers for eligible orders, which can help offset the cost when ordering for family, colleagues or guests.
How do I get free delivery and Buy 10 Get 1 Free?
Free islandwide delivery applies for orders above $220 nett. For qualifying orders above $220 nett, every 10 eligible gift boxes ordered receives 1 free box.
Can I order for different delivery dates?
Yes. Split-day orders may be arranged, which is useful if you need some boxes for family on one day and others for office or friends on another day.
Can I replace items in my gift box?
Selected item replacements may be arranged where possible. Higher-value replacements require a top-up based on our A La Carte prices; if the replacement item is lower in value, the original package price remains unchanged.
