Amendments will not be allowed 3 working days prior to delivery

As all the packages are personalized, all orders placed are final and any changes and cancellations will be charged accordingly. A cancellation surcharge will apply as follows:

• 50% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 72 hours

• 100% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 48 hours

A processing fee of $50 will be charged if any cancellation is done after we have sent an email confirming the order, even if the notice is more than 72 hours.
