All packages delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted by customers if no discrepancies are raised upon delivery.
All our fresh food products are packed on the same day of delivery and are to be consumed on the same day.
We will not be responsible for the product condition if left without proper storage or refrigeration by the customer after delivery.
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Orders will be packed according to the specification as shown in our website or brochure. We reserve all rights to substitute or change items of a similar nature or value in the event that the specified items are unavailable for any reason. Customers will be informed of any changes prior to delivery.
